Francesco Di Rosa have focused its job loving for biscuits production. He’s fascinated by postwar stories, where people narrated of homemade biscuits, made of simple and poor ingredients.
His intention is to share the same deep feeling.
A biscuits is loved by everyone and appreciated all over the world…
For its biscuits, Francesco make use a structure that produces a stone-grounded monthly flour. This is useful to not use stored flours. He prefer to use this flour type because it keeps more healthy-giving properties, thanks to its manufacture.
Francesco joined a flavoured butter in the flour, to give a delicate touch.

Golociok

Our Golociok, takes advantages of its simply taste. It’s appreciated from children and adults.  It’s made of a friable wafer filled with gianduja cream and followed by a chocolate chip. He’s prepared with our stone-grounded monthly flour.
Our Golociok have been appreciated in Italy especially in the Christmas time, and abroad.

We have created a  vortex of deliciousness, joining the friability of our shortcrust pastry, made by  a stone-ground every month, to the light taste of Gianduia cream.
Girelle are suitable to happy breaks , able to astonish the kids and adults

Sempliciotti

A fragrant biscuits born by a certificate flour, without additives, stone-ground every month, derived by a wheat certified without parasites.
It’s decorated with brown sugar, to give them a vintage key.
This simple biscuit, is loved by children and adults, due to their lightness and rusticity.

Genuine Chocolate

Simple biscuit made of cocoa, born for the one who prefer an intensive taste and a good friability.
We have joined the cocoa taste with the intensive taste of the melted chocolate and chocolate drops.

Tenerotti

A fragrant biscuits born by a certificate flour, without additives, stone-ground every month, derived by a wheat certified without parasites.
It’s composed by a shortcrust pastry, a layer of almond paste and marmelade fruits.
